Our Commitment

We believe language access is both a human right and at the center of human connection. That communities thrive when everyone, regardless of what language they speak or sign, can fully participate in society and access critical services.

As a certified woman- and disability-owned language solutions partner, we help mission-driven companies and organizations break barriers and advance access and understanding through multilingual communication services.

And our work goes beyond translating words. We also advance language access through training and consulting to give stakeholders the tools and information needed to effectively communicate with multilingual populations.

Advancing Language Access

We’re more than a language service provider. We’re driving awareness, systemic change, and mainstream adoption of language access.

Our Impact

What makes us different is not just what we do but why we do it: We exist to create lasting impact.

Every service we provide is tied to a deeper purpose of building a future where language never stands in the way of opportunity, safety, or belonging. We reinvest a portion of our profits to support community service initiatives because we believe business can be both financially sustainable and a force for good.

Every year we are committed to donating at least $10,000 to help local organizations expand access to critical services for non-English-speaking immigrants, migrants, and refugees through our multilingual communication and training services. This includes pro bono services and collaboration with other community organizations, such as local nonprofits and government agencies, to share the importance of and critical need for language access.

Our Culture

We are committed to providing our staff and team of over 300 linguists with a fair, enjoyable work environment that’s fulfilling, welcoming, and supportive.

Our diverse, professional core team consists of 73% women, 66% minorities, 33% immigrants, and 80% of our executive leadership are women. Our highly trained, passionate team of linguists consists of 62% women and represent more than 65 countries spanning six continents.  We show our support by offering wages higher than industry standards, and we are committed to establishing a business that’s more like a community—where all cultures and individuals are celebrated through ongoing open communication and support, training, professional development, volunteerism, and company gatherings.
